How can I make return/exchange?

Because we ensure quality of our products, we provide our customers 100% return/exchange guarantee. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you return it within 30 days.

Thepersonology.com products are not open for exchange. 

If you want to return/exchange your purchase, you can send your request using "My Orders" menu after logging in. (Adding order number to the package while shipping is enough).

When will I receive my refund?

In order to make the refund we issue a refund order using the payment method you have used while placing the order. Refund time may differ depending on the payment method terms. On average refund is completed within 3-10 business days.

*In case you have made your payment using money order/EFT, make sure to add your bank account information such as: account holder name and IBAN number as a refund note.

How can I get a refund of a purchase made with promotion?

For the orders made with promotions refunds are being carried out over the amount of purchase.

How and when can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order using My Orders section at My Account Page. Cancellation is only possible until your order is the “Processing” status.
